4. Adventure Cards  

Adventure Cards are intended to provide entertainment, inspiration, and ideas for travelers.

Activities and prompts are optional. Customers are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for themselves, their children, their travel companions, their location, and the circumstances in which they are traveling.

Always follow local laws, posted rules, safety instructions, property restrictions, and guidance from appropriate authorities.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children participating in Adventure Card activities.

Never participate in an activity that you believe may be unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Pricing  

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully completed unless required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates.

6. Orders  

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

Purchasing an Adventure Card pack gives you the right to use the physical product for its intended personal use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs, artwork, written content, branding, or other intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, scan, copy, republish, manufacture, sell, distribute, or create commercial products based on our protected content without written permission.

12. Personal & Commercial Use  

Adventure Cards purchased through our retail store are intended primarily for personal use.

Travel advisors, organizations, businesses, retailers, or other professionals interested in purchasing Adventure Cards for client gifts, resale, promotions, events, or larger quantities should contact The Boarding Pass Co. regarding available bulk or wholesale purchasing options.

Retail purchase of a product does not automatically grant resale, reproduction, distribution, or licensing rights.

13. Photos & Social Media  

We love seeing where your Adventure Cards take you.

If you voluntarily tag or mention The Boarding Pass Co. on social media, we may interact with, comment on, or share the original social media post using the sharing features provided by that platform.

We will not claim ownership of your photographs simply because you tag or mention us.

If we would like to use your photograph or content separately for advertising, marketing, our website, or other promotional purposes beyond ordinary social media sharing, we may contact you to request permission.

Parents and guardians should use their own judgment regarding sharing photographs or information involving children online.

14. Email Communications
